Scans

We come to the grove. SLAM mobile LiDAR for rapid block coverage — 8–15 ha/day in coastal old-growth — plus stationary tripod for specimen-level precision. TreeLearn composition analysis, full Gaussian splat reconstruction, and a quantitative stand record calibrated with DBH tape and increment cores.

HOW WE WORK

Three phases. We scope, we capture, we deliver.

011–2 weeks

BRIEF

We meet your team. Scope the grove, audiences, threats, deliverables, and the campaign window. You leave the brief with a fixed scope and a co-signed deliverable list.

024–6 weeks

CAPTURE

Our field team travels in. We co-produce the scan with your stewards on the ground. Daily field logs sent to you; raw files uploaded to your drive each evening.

032–4 weeks

DELIVERY

Installations built, content cut, embeds tested, raw archive transferred. Optional public Atlas listing. We tour with you on the first event; you run it after.

PRICING · SCOPED PER ENGAGEMENT

We scope to fit your campaign — not the other way around.

A full three-service engagement runs $48–80K. A scan-only engagement runs $14–42K depending on grove size and access. Installations and content packages can be added later.

We never bill partners who can't pay. About a third of our engagements are underwritten by donors and foundations, paired with priority sites in our FY queue. Bring us your grove and your campaign — we'll figure out the funding together.
